ilā (they/them) - Creative Director

Trans+ artist, producer and vocalist ilā is co-founder and director of legendary choir London Contemporary Voices as well as member of Icelandic band Hrím. They have worked with over 20 Grammy winning artists including Imogen Heap, U2, Bjork’s producer Guy Sigsworth and Alt-J as well as Harry Potter play soundtracks, BBC Proms, Abbey Road specials and several major fashion shows for Burberry, Tommy Hilfiger and London Fashion Awards. Ilā currently collaborates with the world’s first AI humanoid robot performance artist Ai-Da and just launched Trans Voices the UK’s first professional Trans+ choir.

Aurelia Havet (she/her) - Head of Strategy

Aurelia has 20+ years of experience designing innovative sonic strategies between brands and artists across the full marketing mix, from advertising, digital and social media campaigns to live music activation, artist endorsement and branded content. In 2018 she orchestrated the launch of HSBC’s first ever global sonic identity composed by Jean-Michel Jarre. Across the years she collaborated with artists such as David Guetta, Virgil Abloh, Jax Jones, Novelist, Metronomy, Bob Sinclar, Ed Sheeran, The Libertines, PJ Harvey, Little Mix, Placebo, Beverley Knight, Joss Stone and many more.

Ingmar Kamalagharan (he/him) - Head of Production

Ingmar is a multi-disciplined creative producer and musician who started his career as a drummer and song-writer, touring and releasing music with many original bands. Through an extensive career as a musician, producer and award-winning touring and production logistician, he has collaborated with artists such as Razorlight, Imogen Heap, Steve Winwood, Tom, Jones, Nik Kershaw, Dave Stewart and many more. Ingmar also completed a master’s in Astronomy, and collaborates with the UK Space Agency in technology innovation, diversity in STEM and science communication strategy, bringing the science and creative worlds together.
